This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this learning platform website, and also how we manage the data collected when working together.
What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you enrol as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our course learning website, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address and role. Your data will be retained until the end of the specified course access date and then deleted in the next scheduled quarterly data cleanse on the learning platform (unless you have subsequently enrolled on another course). If you would like your details deleted at an earlier stage please contact me.
Email marketing
We may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates direct from this Learning Platform. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.
We will not share your information submitted via this website for marketing purposes with companies or individuals for marketing purposes.
Teachable
Our course and site is hosted by Teachable.com. (“Teachable”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to provide and/or sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Teachable’s data storage, databases and the general Teachable application. Teachable have arrangements in place to be compliant with GDPR. You can read more on these terms and make an individual request for your personal data to be deleted on this link
Security
To protect your personal information, Thinkific take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Third Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Convertkit - Main email newsletter and product updates
We also use a third party newsletter client called Convertkit and if you sign up to our newsletter, your name and email address will be held on the newsletter service servers.
