If your booking is for a course commissioned by your Workplace, your participation in this course may be governed by separate Terms agreed with your Organisation - please contact your Learning and Development Team for further details.

Susan Kelly Consulting does not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by any errors or inaccuracies on this website.

Purchased Training and Learning Events Cancellation Policy:

For in person or online courses with a duration of over 14 days you may cancel the Contract within 14 days of the date of your registration. Please email via https://www.learningbalance.co.uk/contact stating clearly your wish to cancel and we will provide you with a full refund.

For online courses where duration is less than 14 days, such as the 5-day Mindfulness Experiment, and full access to the materials is provided from the date of enrolment, there is no right to cancel as the course is provided in full within this period.

Course content and advertised schedules are subject to change without notice, which includes cancellation of a course. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will offer you an alternative date. If none can be provided then a full refund will be offered.

Susan Kelly Consulting reserves the right to change the advertised content of a course without notice in order to provide our learners with up to date, relevant and appropriate information.

Susan Kelly Consulting will not be liable for any expenses, losses (including any consequential losses/expenses incurred) from any changes we make to our course content or schedules including cancellations.

Susan Kelly Consulting and its trainers do not offer medical advice. If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health please address these to your healthcare professional.

By attending a course and if you choose to proceed, you are accepting that Susan Kelly Consulting is supplying you with information at your individual request for information purposes.
